Spencer joins the HFO team with 13 years of brokerage, sales and management experience. Before HFO, Spencer was with the country's largest investment real estate firm, where he managed sales, recruitment and training for offices in Seattle, Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas. He has also worked at Amazon.com, where he helped grow and lead a team of professionals to increase sales from $16 million to more than $100 million in less than 18 months. Spencer is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of HFO's strategic growth targets to meet the firm's short- and long-term objectives. He has a strong passion for leading, teaching and making sure results are delivered for clients. If Spencer isn't planning a growth initiave or tyring to improve a process, he is most likely conducting a brokerage/sales skills training or professional development workshop for the sales or support teams. Spencer played football and coached for the University of Washington and was a member of the 2001 Rose Bowl Championship team.
