Lee specializes in the purchase and sale of multifamily investment properties in the Portland, Ore. metro area. With more than eight years of experience and nearly half a billion dollars in transactions successfully completed, Lee's goal is to build lasting relationships by being the most knowledgeable broker in our market and the best possible resource to his clients. 

Specialties include: financial analysis and market valuation, market study, value-add repositioning, new construction and development, and the marketing and sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Prior to brokerage, Lee worked as a journalist for various business publications and studied English and Journalism at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash. When not working, you can usually find him at their home in close-in Northeast Portland with his wife, two small cyclones/children, and large dog named Huckleberry.
